This is a Wonderful little tweak for your Jailbroken IOS 5 or higher device that enables Voice Spoken Notifications, for example, your device will speak out the Title and message of a notification for you without having to unlock your Phone or device at all.
Step 1: Open Cydia and go to the Search tab and search "VSNotifications" (no Quotes) and you will see it come up as shown.
Step 2: select VSNotifications and hit install and confirm and allow cydia to install the Tweak from BigBoss.
Step 3: After the installation Re-Spring your device and once the Re-spring is completed, go into your Settings and configure your VSNotification settings and your done.
Congrats, you now have an even better device.
