IrisManager V2.5 For your PS3 Backups

This is the Update for the IrisManager for your PS3 Running on CFW. Wether you're on CEX or DEX Base this will work for Both.

Step 1:  Download the files below and Extract themor use an Archive viewing program to see the files. Locate either the irismanager_4X or the irismanager_4x_animated PKG files.

Step 2:  Take a USB flash drive and plug it into your computer, If you havent already, on the root of the USB make a folder called "packages" (NO QUOTES) and open it.

Step 3:  Place either one of the irismanager_4x PKG files into the packages folder on the USB and then unplug the USB and plug it into your PS3

Step 4:  Scroll over to the game section and locate Package Manager and open and install or update your IrisManager, if your runing Rogero like I am, open Multiman and go to Install PKG files and locate the irismanager. Press X to que and Triangle to install.

Step 5:  When back on the XMB scroll to the games and Hit Triangle on the Bubble for IrisManager and select install and then your good to go

PS3 Homebrew CEX/DEX CFW's Fan Control V1.7

This is the Fan Control Utility version 1.7 for your PS3 Running on CEX or DEX base Custom Firmware.

Step 1:  Download the files below and extract them to wherever you please. Or use a Archive viewing Program (WinRAR) to view the files

Step 2:  Plug in your USB device and open it to the Root of the USB. If you have not already Create a folder called "packages" (No Quotes) and open it.

Step 3:  Take the Control_Fan_1.7.pkg and copy that to the packages folder along with the Sources folder from the files. Unplug your USB and plug it into the PS3.

Step 4:  Go to the Game section on the PS3 and locate install Packeges, if your running the new Rogero 4.41 V1.00, open multiman and select install pkg files, install the Control Fan Utility PKG

Step 5:  (Multiman Install) go to the XMB game section and select the bubble for Control Fan 1.7 and press Triangle and select install.

Step 6:  Open and run the Control Fan 1.7 Tool and the menu will come up and list the controls. Now just change your speed modes with Square, Select mode 2 for custom, and Mode 1 for Default.

PS3 CFW CEX Base Rogero 4.40 V1.03

This is the New CEX CFW 4.40 V1.03 Rogero for your PS3 Running on CFW. This is just a mear update and has bug fixes, PSN is enabled on this CFW.

Step 1:  After Downloading the File you will need a Flash Drive of at least 1GB to use. Plug in the Flash Drive and in the Root Directory of the drive Create a folder called "PS3" and in that folder create a folder called "UPDATE" (no qoutes for both)

Step 2:  Copy the Rogero 4.40 V1.03 CFW PUP to the x:/PS3/UPDATE folder and rename it PS3UPDAT.PUP (IT MUST BE THAT)

Step 3:  Unplug the USB Flash Drive from the PC and go to your PS3 and plug it in and go to System Update and select from Storrage media and you will see the update, Select it and start the installation

Step 4:  Wait fpor the insallation to complete allow your system to reboot and then your running 4.40 V1.03 CEX Rogero CFW. It is now safe to unplug your USB

iOS 7 Beta Review

This is the iOS 7 Beta 2 Running on my iPhone 4S, The Beta 2 was released 2 Days ago and I had updated from the First Release of the Beta.

The whole theme, as you well know, has been changed, there has been changes to the whole setup of the iOS such as the following below.

Notification Center:

-Displays Calender and Todays Schedule
-Displays Basic Notifications
-Displays Missed Calls

"SBsettings"

-Pull up screen from Bottom
-Displays Installed Flashlight, Stopwatch, Calculator tools
-Quick settings such as Brightness and Wifi
-Now Playing for iTunes

Search iPhone/iPod

-Drag down on the right of the digitizer for the search bar

Siri:

-Male or Female
-Different language
-Updated and more understanding

Glitches in the iOS are sometimes crashing and also sometimes the digitizer stops working on the Lock-screen but all in all other than some of the apps not working and the minor inconveniences it's a great new iOS for a Beta

New Rogero CEX base CFW 4.41 V1.00 PS3

Backup Manager IrisManager V2.42 PS3 CFW

This is IrisManager V 2.42 for your PS3 Running on 4.XX CFW, You need CFW installed on your PS3 in order to use this. This is basically a faster version of Multiman and allows you to back up your games and easily access them from this menu, you can also install PSX ISO files and PS2 games using a combination of this and Multiman.

Step 1:  After Downloading the files from the link below, Extract the Files and you should see the Irismanager_4_X0 folder and more files, Look for the IrisManager_4_x0.PKG file.

Step 2:  Put a Flash drive 2.0 USB into your computer and on the root of the USB mke a folder called "Packages" (no Quotes) and open it, Copy the IrisManager PKG to this folder.

Step 3:  Unplug the USB from your PC and plug it into your PS3 and locate under GAME the Package Manager, then select Install Package from Folder and it will locate the Packages folder on your USB and you will see the IrisManager Package.

Step 4:  Install the Package and than put a game that you wanna save with a backup or follow the text provided to install a PSX ISO (Tutorial Soon) and try it out.

Play PSP ISO on CFW PS3

Step 1:you need a PSP ISO so get one somehow, if you have a CSO use the PSP ISO compressor like shown in this video to uncompress the CSO to ISO because it need to be an ISO or PBP file.

Step 2: Once you've got your ISO, mine in this video is GTA Vice City Stories, Open up the file ez_PSP2PS3_1.3.rar and extract the files and run the PSP2PS3.exe

Step 3:  Click Browse and search for your ISO and select it, than just leave everything the same (checkboxes etc) and click Start and wait till the process is done.

Step 4:  It will ask to check the files a couple times so just hit continue and allow the program do do its thing. When its finished, it will ask you to save the file as a PKG file, save it somewhere you will remember like X:\\Users\user\documents\PSPConvert

Step 5:  Plug in a USB Flash Driver, (about 8GB) and open the root of this drive, Create a folder called Packages and then copy the new Created Package file into here.

Step 6;  Unplug the USB and Plug it into your PS3, Scroll over to the game section and open Package manager and select install Package from Folder and you should see the ISO converted Package.

Step 7:  Install it and wala PSP is now on PS3

NOTE:  Not all work and there are some bugs known, if it does not work as PSp Remaster, try as a Mini, you might also need to use PS2 Classic with Multiman as well as PS2 Classic Manager Emulator to play the ISO sometimes too.
