This is a TV Style Lock for when you lock your device it looks like your shutting off a TV back in the day.
Step 1: Open Cydia and search TVLock.
Step 2: Click on it and install it and once your done installing it, Cydia will ask you to re-spring your device.
After the Re-spring open and then lock your device. Enjoy
